The training team will contact property management to arrange in-person and/or web-based training. Part of the initial training effort includes assistance in application programming as well as an overview of all aspects of Electronic Tenant® Solutions' customer service. Access to help documents and web-based video training tools are provided to management as part of the initial training effort.
Similarly, training is offered to tenants who will utilize Electronic Tenant® Solutions' applications in a property. As with property management training, tenant training can be scheduled in-person or done via web conference.
Thereafter, customer service personnel remain at the disposal of property staff for ongoing training needs. Electronic Tenant® Solutions offers:

- Scheduled Web-Based Training Sessions
- Scheduled In-Person Training
- Regularly Scheduled Opt-In Trainings (i.e., every Thursday at 1:30 PM)
